How to adjust the pressure of the gas boiler?

When the gas-fired boiler is used in production, it is required by the production process that the boiler needs to operate at a predetermined pressure and temperature. How to adjust the pressure of the gas-fired boiler? The upper part of the gas-fired steam boiler is steam, and the lower part is water, so it is not running with full water. What are the reasons for the change of the boiler water level?

Ⅰ. Gas boiler pressure regulation

During the adjustment process of the pressure controller of the gas boiler, the difference must be adjusted first. The advantage of the boiler is obvious, and then the range is adjusted. Generally, 3 pressure controllers are required. The operation method is as follows:

1. 1.The first one is fire power adjustment; for example, set 0.5MPa to low fire, 0.4MPa to start the furnace, adjust the pressure controller bolt difference (hysteresis) to 1, and range (setting value) to 5;
2. 2.The second one is the shutdown pressure, set the diffe to the minimum, and the range to 6 (0.6MPa);
3. 3.The third one is overpressure alarm, which is set at about 0.7Mpa;

Ⅱ. Reasons for changes in boiler water level

There are many factors that affect the water level, mainly changes in boiler load, combustion, water supply and steam, and drum pressure can all cause water level changes.

1. 1.The boiler water level is monitored by the drum water level. There are local two-color water level gauges, electric contact water level gauges, and balance containers. It has nothing to do with the structure of the boiler. The most reliable is the local two-color water level gauge, which uses the industrial TV to transmit the water level to the TV in the main control room.
2. 2.Adjustment is to adjust the amount of water supply by looking at the water level of the steam drum. Among them, the automatic adjustment is based on the steam volume, feed water volume and steam drum water level, the three signals are controlled by the logic program to control the opening of the feed water regulating valve.
