  1. 筒體由拱形管板和螺旋波紋管組成，防止管板破裂。
    鼓下方設有上升排管。這樣的佈置，消除了轉鼓底部的死水區，污泥不易在其上沉降。使鍋筒高溫區得到更好的冷卻，有效消除鍋爐底部的鼓包現象。
  2. 螺旋波紋管的優化設計，強化傳熱，快速升溫，提高鍋爐汽量。
    合理的爐內拱設計，改善了燃燒條件，增強了爐內除塵功能，減少了鍋爐污染物排放。
  3. 風箱密封性好，操作方便，風量合理。從而降低空氣過剩係數，提高鍋爐熱效率。
