  1. 筒体由拱形管板和螺旋波纹管组成，防止管板破裂。
    鼓下方设有上升排管。这样的布置，消除了转鼓底部的死水区，污泥不易在其上沉降。使锅筒高温区得到更好的冷却，有效消除锅炉底部的鼓包现象。
  2. 螺旋波纹管的优化设计，强化传热，快速升温，提高锅炉汽量。
    合理的炉内拱设计，改善了燃烧条件，增强了炉内除尘功能，减少了锅炉污染物排放。
  3. 风箱密封性好，操作方便，风量合理。从而降低空气过剩系数，提高锅炉热效率。
