Thermal oil Boiler Heater

A thermal oil heater operates on the principle of indirect heat transfer using a specialized heat transfer fluid, commonly referred to as thermal oil. The oil transfers its heat to these processes without undergoing a phase change, meaning it remains in liquid form even at high temperatures, often up to 300°C or more. After releasing its heat, the cooled oil returns to the heater to be reheated, forming a continuous and energy-efficient cycle. One of the key advantages of thermal oil heaters is their ability to provide uniform and precise temperature control without the high pressures associated with steam systems. This improves safety and reduces maintenance requirements.
