After releasing its heat, the cooled oil returns to the heater to be reheated, forming a continuous and energy-efficient cycle. One of the key advantages of thermal oil heaters is their ability to provide uniform and precise temperature control without the high pressures associated with steam systems. This improves safety and reduces maintenance requirements.
