Product Description This exhaust gas waste heat boiler is specially matched with natural gas, biogas and diesel generator sets. It recovers high‑temperature flue gas waste heat discharged from genset engines to produce saturated steam or hot water, for secondary power generation, factory heating and process production. We adopt H‑type finned tube heating surface, natural circulation water‑tube structure, high heat exchange efficiency, anti‑ash blocking, stable long‑term continuous operation. Full set can be exported together with generator units. Design pressure, material and welding meet ASME and international boiler standards, suitable for Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa power station projects.

Waste Heat Recovery Boiler for Generator Set

Our generator set waste heat boiler (EGB) is energy‑saving heat recovery equipment, supporting 500kW‑35MW gas/diesel gensets. It makes full use of engine exhaust waste heat without extra fuel consumption.
