Our generator set waste heat boiler (EGB) is energy‑saving heat recovery equipment, supporting 500kW‑35MW gas/diesel gensets. It makes full use of engine exhaust waste heat without extra fuel consumption.

- Water‑tube structure with H finned tubes, high heat transfer efficiency, low exhaust gas temperature after heat recovery.
- Natural circulation design, simple pipeline layout, low failure rate, easy maintenance.
- Anti‑corrosion ND steel applied for flue gas side, suitable for high‑sulfur biogas and associated gas generator units.
- Modular assembly, factory pre‑assembly, short site installation period.
- Comply with ASME certification requirements, suitable for overseas EPC power plant projects.
The whole genset system including generator, waste heat boiler, control cabinet can be supplied as one complete package for export.
