From October 5th to October 7th, Hebei Yineng Boiler Co., Ltd embarked on a journey to Jakarta, Indonesia, to participate in the prestigious Boiler exhibition. The company's representatives arrived at the venue with great excitement, prepared to showcase their expertise in the boiler industry. The exhibition provided a wonderful opportunity for them to not only display their state-of-the-art products but also engage with potential clients and industry leaders.

A team of engineers from Hebei Yineng Boiler Co., Ltd recently traveled to the Philippines to visit a valued customer in Davao. The purpose of this trip was to discuss an order for a cutting-edge 15t/h high pressure superheated steam boiler, primarily used for steam turbine electric generation.

Industrial water-fired boilers:Industrial hot-water boilers rely on the temperature, volume, and pressure of water, which is distributed into the network by pumps. As the water is heated to the desired temperature, as it expands, it increases its volume until it reaches the radiators, which radiate heat into the room. The cooled water returns to the boiler by gravity or through a circulation pump to be reheated.Industrial diathermic oil boilers:Diathermic oil (thermally conductive fluid) boilers act as a substitute for water in boilers, and their unquestionable advantage is the lack of corrosion and scaling. Diathermic oil, which does not evaporate, does not subject the system to excessive pressure. In addition, the gas or crude oil needed for combustion is heated by the thermal oil, which, compared with steam boilers, minimizes the risk of explosion.

There are many types of industrial hot water boiler systems, including high temperature hot water boilers, medium temperature hot water boilers and low temperature hot water boilers. As you can imagine, the primary difference between these types of hot water boiler systems is the maximum temperature. The pressure also plays a significant role in the classification of these boiler systems. For instance, a high temperature hot water boiler includes any boiler with a maximum temperature exceeding 250°F and/or maximum pressures exceeding 160 pounds per square inch, or PSIG.We will explore the various types of hot water boiler systems in this article. However, we want to first take a step back and explain the role of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) in classifying boilers as well as clarify the difference between industrial steam boilers and hot water boiler systems.
